Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms

Stay at home if you or someone in your household have Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms which are either:

• a high temperature (above 37.8 degrees)
• a new continuous cough

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
You can complete a self certificate for absence so you do not need to contact us for a doctors medical certificate (or ‘sick note’)

Although we don’t have a pharmacy on-site, our reception staff will be happy to direct you to the most convenient pharmacy for you.

If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can order a repeat prescription by printing and completing the ‘repeat prescription’ form below or by collecting a form from reception and returning it to us, either:

in person to the reception desk;

by post (see address to the left of this screen);

Please allow two working days for us to process your request. An extra day is needed if you want your prescription to be forwarded direct to a pharmacy ready for collection.

We will conduct a review of your medication at regular intervals. This may require you to attend an appointment with a doctor before a repeat prescription can be issued. In such instances we will ensure that there is continuity in the care that you receive.

If you require any other medication that is not on your repeat medication list then you will need to discuss this with a GP first. The easiest way to do this is by arranging a telephone consultation.
