Welcome to the patient and visitors section of our website. Here you will find all the information you need to know as a registered or unregistered patient.

The Anchor Centre provides a full general practice service for eligible patients with access to a range of health professionals from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

We aim to treat patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We feel that it is important for you to know who you are speaking to, so our staff wear name badges and identify themselves on the telephone.

The centre is specifically tailored to provide high quality care for homeless and vulnerably housed adults who are currently living in the Coventry City area. The service includes a full general practice service and also additional help and support for a range of issues that may affect eligible patients.

Additional support can be in the form of advice and assistance for issues such as mental health and wellbeing, malnutrition, sexual health, infectious diseases, stress related problems and dermalogical conditions. Our staff are here to help; they aim to provide expert advice that improves the heath outcomes for patients who have specific needs in the community.

You have the right to request to see any practitioner that you like. Please contact reception for more information.
